Shipping Timelines

At Artofa, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. Since each partner brand of Artofa has their own policies regarding shipping and returns, we request you to please refer to the delivery timelines mentioned for each product on their descriptions page
Once dispatched, for Delhi NCR & Mumbai deliveries, most items shipped via Standard Delivery will arrive at your door within 1-2 days, and for all other cities 4-7 business days. In rare cases, a slight delay may be caused due to govt. interventions, natural causes etc. Standard Delivery orders can also be expedited on special request at an extra charge.
Please Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and Handling Fees

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.10,000. If the order value is equal to or below Rs.9,999, a standard Shipping and Handling Fee will be charged at the time of checkout as per the following:
Rs.150 will be applicable for orders to be delivered in New Delhi & Mumbai
Rs. 180 will be charged for all other cities in India
We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Exchange & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. While Artofa does not offer any returns, we will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We strongly recommend you read the chosen product's Delivery and Exchange policy found on every product page before purchasing the product. You can email us regarding exchange enquiries at hello@artofa.in
Your purchase will be eligible for replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• The product you have received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. In which case please send us a photograph within 3 days of receipt of order.
You must email hello@artofa.in to notify us.
Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product. Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact otherwise it will not be eligible for an exchange.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and we can accept cancellations sent over email only for 24 hours on a case by case basis. Products with personalization requests cannot be cancelled.
To request cancellation, you can email us at hello@artofa.in.
If you send in a request to cancel your order or a product from your order within 24 hours, but it has already been taken in to production / dispatched we will not be able to cancel the order. If the product is exchangeable, then we can offer exchange as per policy listed for the particular product you wish to exchange. However, exchanges are not offered for products with personalisation.
Payments made against orders are not refundable, but if the cancellation is approved, we can issue store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for use within 1 year.

Promotions

If you are using a promo code or discount, the reduction is applicable only towards the price of the product(s). They cannot be applied towards Artofa's Packaging or Shipping and Handling Fees.
