Yes, if you would like some changes in the hampers listed online please get in touch with us and we will try our best to satisfy your wishes. You can reach out to us on +91-9205055189 (Whatsapp Only) or email at hello@artofa.in. Kindly note, orders requiring customization or personalisation might require additional time to be shipped.

During Checkout, you will be offered standard, premium and gift boxing options for packaging your gifts.

 

Gift Boxing: We recommend our beautiful white and tan gift box with the signature Artofa print. At INR 400 per gift box, you can choose this option for an individual item, and for multiple items our hamper packing and bundling charges are INR 600. Please note certain oversized and heavy items may not qualify for gift boxing.

Premium Packing: Alternatively, you can opt for Artofa’s “premium packaging” which includes our signature paper and ribbon packaging at an additional charge of INR 150. These wrapped items will be shipped in a standard Artofa white shipping carton.

Standard Packing: If no gift box or wrapping is required, you can select “standard packaging” where items will be shipped wrapped in Artofa’s butter paper in a standard Artofa white shipping carton, free of charge.

 

We enclose a message on a notecard free of charge with every order. Be sure to leave your message in the notes before you check out so it can reach your loved one! And don't worry, our gifts will reach the recipient without any pricing information!

There is no minimum order value. However, a standard delivery charge of INR 180-200 is levied on each order.

A standard delivery charge of INR 180 is levied on every order to be delivered to Delhi NCR.

For other cities, the standard delivery charge applicable is Rs. 200. For expedited 2 day shipping (applicable on selected items/hampers), charges are INR 400.

For same or next day delivery in Delhi NCR, we use Borzo and rates are charged as per actual. Contact us for a pick-up option from our Gurgaon location!

We are currently shipping to cities Pan India with International Shipping just on the horizon. If you have any queries regarding shipping timelines for a certain city, do reach out to us at hello@artofa.in and we will do our best to share a timeline with you!

If you are ordering multiple items and wish to send them to different addresses, you can specify gift-wise addresses in the "Order Note" section during checkout. If not, please get in touch with us on email and we will take care of it. You can write to us at hello@artofa.in

At Artofa, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest, safest and most economical way possible. For shipping info, please refer to the timelines mentioned for each product on their descriptions page.

 

We ship from Gurugram (Delhi NCR) so most items shipped via Standard Delivery will arrive at your door within 2-6 business days from dispatch. In rare cases, a slight delay may be caused due to govt. interventions, natural causes etc. Standard Delivery orders can also be expedited on special request at an extra charge.

 

Please Note: Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the delivery partner. Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. For more information, please refer to the return/exchange policy mentioned for each product on their description page.

 

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

• The product you have received has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. In which case please send us a photograph within 3 days of receipt of order.

Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product. Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product. Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact otherwise it will not be eligible for an exchange.
